2010 Epsom Derby Winner


Workforce, owned by Khalid Abdulla, having just the third run of his life, gave Sir Michael Stoute his fifth success in the 2010 Derby at Epsom with a brilliant performance under Ryan Moore.
The well-backed 6-1 shot proved far too classy for his rivals and was the only colt to overhaul the 100-1 Irish pacemaker, At First Sight, who had opened up a long lead turning into the straight but he did so in some style and finished very strongly seven lengths clear.
